Welcome to CabNTrip (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including cab booking, tour packages, and related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

  • CabNTrip connects customers with travel agents, cab providers, hotels, and activity organizers.
  • We act as a facilitator and are not directly responsible for services provided by third-party vendors.
  • Service availability depends on vendors and may vary by location.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal details at the time of booking.
  • Ensure timely payments for confirmed bookings.
  • Respect the local laws, culture, and safety guidelines during travel.

4. Booking, Payment & Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • You may receive a confirmation email/SMS with booking details.
  • Pricing may vary due to seasonal rates, vendor policies, or fuel price changes.

5. Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds

  • Cancellations by Customer:
    • Requests must be made through your CabNTrip account or via email to our support team.
    • Cancellation charges will apply as per the vendor/service provider’s policy.
    • CabNTrip may charge a nominal service fee for processing cancellations.
  • Refunds:
    • Refund eligibility depends on the vendor’s policy (e.g., hotels, cab operators, travel agents).
    • Processing time: 7–14 working days from the date of approval.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • Modifications:
    • Changes to booking (dates, destinations, services) are subject to vendor approval and availability.
    • Additional charges may apply.
    • Modification requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Cancellations by CabNTrip/Vendor:
    • In rare cases (e.g., technical issues, vendor unavailability, natural calamities), your booking may be canceled.
    • You will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule without extra charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • CabNTrip is not liable for delays, accidents, losses, or damages during travel.
  • All third-party vendors are responsible for the quality of their services.
  • In case of disputes, CabNTrip will assist in coordination but is not legally responsible for the outcome.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
